Kamusta naman kayong tatlo? Siguro nagtataka kayo kung bakit kayong 3 ang kinuha kong deputy. Well, wag na kayong magtanong dahil di ko rin naman sasabihin. Remember: things happen for a reason. And sometimes, the reason may be: that there is no reason for it to happen...save the fact that there is always a meaning to what happens.

Anyway, magmmeet tayo sa monday...330 sa mvp..pero si Mike, immeet ko earlier kasi may class siya & 9-11 lang siya pwede talaga.

by the way, this is my strains blog. hahaha....di ako mashadong nagkkwento rito, pero puro about strains ito. un lang..hahahaha...

yung teams niyo, random ko lang ginroup. pero kinalat ko ung mga good workers, new depED peeps, etc.

ayaw ko ibrodcast sa yahoogroups ang gagawin natin e. hehehehe...

July 19 ang deadline ng LAHAT for depED. Asar ako kasi demanding sila! hmph! 1 month after pa, pero gusto nila pasok na lahat...Good naman..pero kasi..hello, kulang sa time. But we can do it.

Simple lang ang goal natin:
1. Make modules
2. Document it (for the workbook & for future reference)
3. Dry run
4. Prepare people to faci

Nikki - Day 1
Theme: Leader in Us
Time: 5 Hrs
Goal: Make them realize that there is a leader in them. Moreover, teach them skills/principles that they can develop. Pwedeng gamitin ang leadership product, concept on principle-centered leadership, etc.

Mike - Day 2
Theme: Models of Leadership
Time: 5 Hrs.
Goal: During this day kasi, mag-iinvite ng mga taong models of leadership. Ang goal natin, mainspire sila sa mga taong ito...Pero it doesn't end there, dapat makita nila what makes these people great? Dapat lumabas & maintegrate ung learnings ng day 1...na kahit may mga taong ganito, may leader pa rin in me. Siguro magandang ipa-realize na may pinanghahawakang principles ang mga leaders...at ito ang gumagabay sa kanila, para kumilos. As such, I am suggesting na sa second day, maturuan sila about values, how these can affect a leader in making decisions, etc. Segue ito for DAY 3.

Day 3 (puro speakers, ang theme: Challenges, Issues, Concerns of Leaders)

Miggy Day 4
Theme: Making Leadership Work for US
Time: 3 Hrs.
Goal: Makagawa sila ng action plan. Pero we have to guide them. What makes a great plan great? What things do you have to consider? May mga terms na BHAG & SMART na pwedeng magamit in planning. Wrap up day rin ito. Kung leaders ang bawat isa, at may inspiring models na nag-uuphold ng values nila, paano ako kikilos? Syempre through planning & good execution.

Kailangan nating 4 magcoordinate kung anong kailangang labas ng depED. Suggestions ko lang naman ang mga iyan. KUng may gusto kayong idagdag, let's talk about it, or ask your members. I will be sending you a copy of the Module formats. And you don't necessarily have to start from scratch kasi nagawa na yung ganito noon, mag-iisip lang ng bagong activities para mapalabas yung objectives.
